Trang Diep, CPHR
Brings a powerful blend of expertise, empathy, and drive to Virelle. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHRBC), she has over eight years of experience helping leaders grow with intention and authenticity.
A graduate of Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, Trang specializes in designing impactful, customized workshops that meet leaders exactly where they are and take them where they want to go. Having built her career in traditionally male-dominated industries like aerospace and construction, Trang deeply understands the challenges women face in leadership — and she’s passionate about paving a new way forward.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in strength, independence, and compassion, lessons she learned from her greatest role model: her mother. Raised by a courageous Vietnamese immigrant and resilient single parent, Trang carries forward a legacy of leading with heart, fueled by purpose.

With a background as dynamic as her approach to client success, Polina brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and leadership to the Virelle team. Currently pursuing her degree in Engineering and Design in the UK, she expertly balances the technical world of innovation with the fast-paced world of client acquisition and media strategy.
Polina’s experience spans industries and continents. She has worked with organizations to not only bring in new clients but to build lasting relationships — driving both acquisition and retention with a deep understanding of what people and businesses need to thrive. A specialist in social media marketing and digital communication, Polina knows exactly how to connect, engage, and elevate.
But her expertise doesn’t end there. With years of leadership experience working with youth organizations, she understands the power of mentorship, resilience, and strategic growth — all key pillars of our philosophy at Virelle. Before stepping into the world of business and engineering, Polina spent over a decade as a professional figure skater, mastering the art of focus, discipline, and graceful perseverance — qualities she now brings into every project she touches.
